This article really doesn't fit into the section Media news, it's just a feedback from one of our users - we've received some positive feedback...jupiiiii.... . Gents, this note to express my gratitude for the good quality of the connection and the superb service from the help-desk the owner of the Tokio-bar called your helpdesk within minutes i was able to work with Lotus-Notes (trough AT&T Global Network Client) and with Outlook Express (receiving & sending). One of your team even came over to the Tokio-bar, next time i came in (he had asked the owner to call him) to verify if every thing was OK his name is is Luka Manojlovic. I do travel a lot for my job in IBM for my 33 years' customer KBC Belgium, all over the planet nowhere i got a so perfect service. Many thanks and my congratulation. Umberto
